Successful Turning Point
The following picture was taken on the expo in Malaysia, showing the successful smile of GstarCAD’s two friends-Khor and Francis, the CEO of NEOFAME TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD and Acad Pte.Ltd respectively. After switching from their former partner, they are happy to find out they have gradually established a long-term strategic relationship with GstarCAD.

When asked the reasons for change, both Khor and Francis mentioned some problems during their cooperation with the former partner. Khor, the CEO of NEOFAME TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD in Malaysia says, “In cooperating with the ex-partner, customers can’t get continuous supports, let alone we get our benefits.” “Frankly speaking, it’s really a hard decision for us. We have to be more cautious after the unhappy partnership. We selected several similar products and requested our customers to test. It is our customers’ comments help us to make the right choice. Now the surprisingly fast development of Gstarsoft boosts our confidence for further cooperation,” Khor adds.
Francis, CEO of Acad Pte.Ltd in Singapore says, “We work together like brothers in the GstarCAD family. Gstarsoft impressed me with their serious and responsible attitude since we started. We solved the problems together, and they have never given up the efforts on meeting the client’s need. This makes significant contributions to maximize our market share. We take Gstarsoft as a reliable partner after we knew more about them through the frequently hosted teleconference and symposium. Now I’m looking forward to attend the symposium at the end of April.” Peter Pan, the vice president of Suzhou Gstarsoft Co., Ltd says, “It is our tenet that we would grow up together with our partners all over the world and finally become a leader of the industry.”
Now all sides benefit a lot from the close cooperation. They take the new cooperation as a milestone for their expansion on the CAD business in south-east Asia. Khor said: “ever since the partnership started, our market share has enlarged gradually.” Peter Pan says, “Thanks to their hard work, our brand reputation is being rapidly enhanced. We would keep this win-win cooperation with all of our partners, no matter how long it takes.”
